1 – THE TROPHY
The Gentlemen’s Motor Club, situated in Rome, Via Principe Umberto 77 , organizes for the 2017 under the aegis of the FMI, a Trophy called BATTLE OF THE TWINS. To be admitted, the riders must have Junior, Senior, and MiniVelocità licences issued by F.M.I. in the current year, as well as pilots possess issued by the FIM Europe member states Federations equivalent license with relative security clearance and pilots Extra Europe with conu FIM license (Continental Unions) and its security clearance.
2 – Riders admitted
In order to maintain an easy level, riders that have won a trophy or a national championship in the last ten years, won’t be admitted (absolute classification and not special classes)excpet the winner of the BotT 2015 and 2016.

The calendar could be modified for external reasons
The Trophy wll be based upon 5 rounds and the final victory to the one who will collect more points and, if in parity, the number of victories and best results.
Special classifications will be made in each class.
- ROOKIES In each race the best one among those who are at the first licence or have participated sporadically in 2016 to a maximum of two competitions, will be awarded ad the best Rookie. The points collected will be valid for the final classification. In the class will be also included female riders
– JUNIORS (born after 31.12.1992) amateurs riders without relevant results in the precedent seasons
– MASTER (born before 31.12.1962) amateurs riders without relevant results in the precedent seasons
– TEAMS When enrolling each team manager may indicate his pilots in a maximum of three per race with the possibility of further reserves. The points, based on the BotT1 class ranking, BotT2, BotT3 and Oltre, will be given to the best rider of each team excluding in the order of arrival other team members (ie. having teams A, B and C with an order of arrival with 1st) A1 2nd) B1 3rd) B2 4th) A2 5th) C1 The A team will receive 20 points, the B 17 and C 15)
5 – Points
For each race, Trophy cup will be awarded on the following scale:

Each rider after having partecipate at least at one qualifying rpund, will be awarded with two points

6 – STARTING GRID COMPOSITION
Starting grid will be composed referring to the FMI homologation of the circuit by:
– 42 riders in the Motodrome Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola (BO)
– 42 riders in the Motodrome Misano World Circuit (RN)
– 42 riders in the Motodrome Monza in Monza (MI)
– 42 riders in the Motodrome Mugello in Scarperia (FI)
– 42 riders in the Motodrome Vallelunga Lungo in Campagnano di Roma (RM)
– 34 riders in the Motodrome Franciacorta in Castrezzato (BS)
– 34 riders in the Motodrome Riccardo Paletti in Varano De Melegari (PR)
– 34 riders in the Motodrome of Umbria M.U. Borzacchini in Magione (PG)
– 24 riders in the Motodrome Vallelunga – Corto in Campagnano di Roma (RM)
At the end of the qualifying rounds the riders won’t get into the closed area
The starting grid will be composed in order to the best laps in qualifying rounds without any minimal limit. If there will be two different groups, the starting grid will be composed mixing the best lap times of each half group. There will be one starting grid for the BotT Classes and no other motocycles not concerned with BotT rules won’t be admitted unless the BotT bikes will be less than 20.
7 – Race
Each race will have a maximum lenght of:

8 – Briefing
The briefings with the Race Director and the organizer are compulsory for the riders that will be adviced in advance by written comunications.
9 – Taxes
Each rider could run by the following ways:
- Paying 1.300,00 euro not later than the 10th of april
- Paying in three times – 500,00 euro not later than the 28th of febraury, 450,00 euro not later than the 20th of my and 450,00 euro not later than the 3rd of september
The entry fee for single race will be of 300,00 euro
10 – Iscription
To get enrolled in the Trophy each rider should send the schedule and pay in order to the point 9 – Taxes to the mail info@storiebicilindriche.it o trofei@gmc-roma.it or fax 06 94810284 . The entry schedule coul be downloaded by the site www.storiebicilindriche.it
- The schedule should be written in every part, signed by te rider or by who exercises parental authority if the rider is underaged
- Iscription fee – see point 9 – Taxes
- Enrolling himself the rided assumes for itself and third parties involved the commitment of respect the BotT Technical and Sporting Regulations and the FMI Regulations
- The organizer could refuse an iscription without explain why

- Any Ogni comportamento scorretto, sleale, fraudolento che possa arrecare o arrechi pregiudizio al regolare svolgimento di una manifestazione o ai suoi risultati o compromettere la sicurezza dei piloti o del pubblico, commessi durante o in occasione di manifestazione sportiva sarà giudicato secondo quello previsto dall’Annesso Velocità 2017 e secondo la Normativa FMI vigente.
11 – Sponsor
Each rider will receive stickers to apply to the bike. In case of not application, it will be sanctioned as a technical irregularity.
No brand tyres is compolsury
12 – Services
The organizer will offer to the partecipants:

13 – Prizes
No money prizes will be given
* At the end of each race there will be a prize ceremony in the following order:
the best three in the BotT 1, the best three in the BotT 2, the best three in the BotT 3, the best three in the BotT Oltre, the winners of the special classifications. To have the prize ceremony for the single round, there should be at least five riders for the class (except for the Rookies) even if the points collected will be considered in the final classification.
On podium riders should have their suit and the crash helmet otherwhise they will loose the prize

15 – Personal data
The personal informations will be managed in accordance with the provisions of current regulations and as authorized by the pilot with the request of the FMI License. Other authorizations will be required with appropriate communications.
16 – Transitional rule
The matters not covered by these regulations will be regulated by the FMI regulations valid for the current year: RMM and Annex Vintage.
17 – Notes
Each rider will have the points collected in each race for the general classification and the special classifications, except the ones partecipating only in the last race without any other partecipation.
